Ribble Valley Counselling

For anyone who is tired of holding it all together.
You don’t have to do it all alone.

Perhaps your mind never switches off. You worry, overthink, second-guess yourself or feel responsible for keeping everything together.

Maybe you are burnt out, struggling with your confidence, experiencing anxiety, or simply finding that life has become harder to manage than it used to be.

Counselling can offer you a confidential space to pause, talk openly and begin making sense of what you are experiencing.

How I Can Help

I support adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

Anxiety & Worry

When your mind won’t switch off and worrying has become exhausting.

Overthinking

Replaying conversations, analysing decisions and getting stuck in your thoughts.

Burnout & Overwhelm

When constantly coping, caring and carrying responsibilities has left you running on empty.

Confidence & Self-Esteem

Exploring the critical voice that tells you that you are not good enough.

Low Mood & Depression

When motivation, enjoyment or hope have become difficult to find.

ADHD & Emotional Wellbeing

Exploring overwhelm, emotional regulation, self-esteem and burnout linked with ADHD.
